Objective, duration and purposes
During this campaign, we aim to raise an additional capital of $2,000,000.
This mobilization is scheduled from December 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.

- Expand our team, diversify profiles and increase our physical presence in different countries.
- Develop new products and services.

Steps to take to invest
To invest, you will need to follow the chronological steps explained below.
It should be noted that the entire process is done completely online and therefore the procedures are simplified and quick.
1 - Fill out the investment form
This form acts as an investment request and collects information about you and your choices. It is available to you further down this page.
2 - Getting in touch
Within a maximum of 2 working days, you will be contacted by a member of our team to discuss practical arrangements and arrange payment. This is also the time for you to ask as many questions as possible.
3 - Payment and confirmation
You will receive through your point of contact with us a payment link of the form https://backend-v1.bitkap.africa/paymentlink/view which will allow you to make your investment.
Following your payment, you will receive your subscription certificate from our team.
For application users, it is also possible to pay by transfer to the bitkap_seed user.
For your own safety always check that
- the payment link received comes from us (from an email in the form @bitkap.africa)
- The payment link always starts with backend-v1.bitkap.africa.

4 - Signature of the contract
Following confirmation of payment, you will receive your investment contract electronically, which you must sign online.
5 - It's done!!!
At this point you have finished the process. You are now one of our wonderful shareholders.
You will be added to our shareholder database, integrated into the various forums and newsletters to allow you to interact with us and receive the next information.

The different investment packs are:
1. Fidelity: 200 shares = $200
2. Silver: 400 shares = $400
3. Gold: 1600 shares = $1600 (with Bonus of +2%)
4. Sapphire: 2400 shares = $2400 (with Bonus of +4%)
5. Platinum: 4000 shares = $4000 (with Bonus of +6%)
6. Diamond: 8,000 shares = $8,000 (with Bonus of +8%)
7. Blue diamond: 16,000 shares = $16,000 (with Bonus +10%)
One share = $1 only for the first 100 investors then the price will rise to $1.25/share.
About the Fidelity Pack
the pack is below the minimum pack and costs $200 for the $1 action.
